摘 要:目的:探讨面神经再生液的蛋白质分布及穴位针刺对该再生液的影响,为指导临床面神经损伤的治疗提供实验理论依据。方法建立面神经再生室动物模型,采集面神经再生液,采用双向聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对面神经再生微环境中的结构蛋白进行蛋白质组学的研究。结果 面神经再生液中的蛋白质主要分布于相对分子量80以下,等电点4~7之间。对照组检测到800±53个蛋白质点,针刺组检测到850±78个蛋白质斑点。在匹配的斑点中,有十几种蛋白质发生了明显变化。结论针刺对面神经再生液的影响及其程度有待进一步深入研究。Objective To investigate the regeneration microenviroment of facial nerve by means of two-dimentional gel electrophoresis(2-DE) and the effect of acupuncture on it. Methods Animal model as before and 2-DE was carried out to detect the changes of proteins in the regeneration microenviroment of facial nerve their response to acupuncturing. Results Proteins in the fluid of facial nerve regeneration were mainly distributed in the range of relative MW under 80 KD and PI varied from 4 to 7. An average of 800±53 protein spots was determined in the samples of controlling group while 850±78 spots determined in that of treating group. Among the matched spots, more than 10 proteins were seen undergone very different changin compared between the two groups. Conclusion The effect of acupuncture on the regeneration microenviroment of facial nerve is worthy to investigate further.
