摘　　要：ISE是Xilinx公司最新推出的业界功能极为强大的可编程逻辑器件开发工具 ,本文通过一个设计实现计数器的实例 ,细致地介绍了ISE的设计流程和实现方案。ISE issued recently by Xilinx is a most powerful toolkit to develop the programmable logic devices in the sphere of the industry. This paper introduces the design flow and scheme of implementation of ISE in detail by an instance of the counter's design and implementation.
