摘　　要：我国《对外贸易法》颁行至今已有8年,已难以符合外经贸实践发展的需要,有必要予以修订。只有在先行明确了修订应该秉持的基本原则、整体思路的基础上,才能在我国入世后外贸战略调整的大背景下,成功地实现对《对外贸易法》的结构整合和内容调整。建议从立法定位、目标、修改原则、法律功能、主体、调整对象、调整方法等7个方面进行修订。On viewing the fact that the Laws of Foreign Trade is imperative to be revised and amended so as to meet the economic development, the paper argues that only based on global views of strategic adjustment after the WTO entry can the restructuring and content- adjustment of the Laws of Foreign Trade be successful. And the paper gives an elaboration of the revision and amendment from seven aspects.<P>
