营养因子对钝顶螺旋藻Sp-S(9701)生长与多糖合成的影响

摘　　要：研究了培养液中Mg2+、K+、NO3-和HCO3-的不同浓度对钝顶螺旋藻Sp S(9701)生长及多糖合成的影响。结果表明,培养液中Mg2,K+,NO3-和HCO3-的浓度分别为10mg/L,560mg/L,876mg/L和12.3g/L时,是Sp S(9701)高产多糖的最佳条件。The effects of different concentrations of Mg2+, K+, NO3-, and HCO3-in culture solutions on the growth and polysaccharide synthesis of Spirulina platensis strain SpS(9701) were investigated. The results showed that Spirulina platensis strain SpS(9701) could produce more polysaccharides when the concentrations of Mg2+,K+,NO3-,and HCO3- in culture solutions were 10 mg /L,560 mg /L,876 mg/L and 12.3 g/L, respectively.
