摘　　要：对南阳石蜡精细化工厂液化气铜片腐蚀不合格的原因进行了详细的研究分析,排除了碱腐蚀的可能性,认定腐蚀是由H2S和低分子有机硫所引起,对液化气脱硫过程的关键工艺参数进行了优化,连续生产出了铜片腐蚀合格的商品液化气。After studying and analyzing in detailed the reason why copper strip test unqualified for liquefied petroleum gas ( LPG) produced by Nanyang Wax Fine Chemical Plant is determined, the likelihood of alkali corrosion is excluded, the corrosion resulting from H2S and organic sulfur with low molecular weight is recognized. After optimizing the key parameters in LPG desulfurization process, commercial LPG is produced regularly by the qualification of copper strip test.
