摘　　要：目的 :介绍和探讨功能康复措施在桥式皮瓣移植修复小腿严重创伤中的作用。方法 :将功能康复的概念应用于12例桥式皮瓣移植修复小腿严重创伤的治疗及恢复过程中。注重患者术前、术中、术后 3个不同阶段的康复治疗。结果 :12例小腿桥式皮瓣移植手术均获成功 ,术后 6～ 8周 ,平均 6 2周断蒂 ,所有皮瓣均成活。结论 :重视全程功能康复治疗可提高桥式皮瓣移植手术的成功率 ,促进患肢小腿功能的恢复。Objective: To introduce explore the application of functional rehabilitations in repairing severe leg traumas by the bridge flap transplantation. Methods: The concept of functional rehabilitations was applied to the courses of 12 cases subject to bridge flap grafting to repair severe leg traumas. Rehabilitative treatments were given before, during and after operation. Results:All leg bridge flap grafting operations in 12 cases were successful. The pedicels were broken in about 6 8 weeks after operation, average 6.2 weeks. One case represented arterial crisis 9 h after operation. The crisis was eased and the flap successively maintained by the energetic salvage. Conclusion:In order to approve the successful rate of the bridge flap graft operations and promote the function recovery of the affected legs, attention should be paid to the whole process of the therapy of functional rehabilitation.
