中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察二冬汤合消瘰丸加味配合西药治疗甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)的远期临床疗效。方法:368例病人随机分成中西医结合治疗组(治疗组)和单纯西药治疗组(对照组),分别常规给予他巴唑或丙基硫氧嘧啶口服,治疗组加用二冬汤合消瘰丸加味,停药后随访3年。结果:2组比较,治疗组的治愈率高、副作用发生率低、复发率低,经统计学处理差异有显著性意义(均P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗甲亢能提高治愈率,降低复发率,且副作用少,是一种较好的非创伤性治疗方法。Objective: To observe the long - term curative effect of Erdong Tang with Xiaoluowan Jiawei (ETXJ) for hyperthyroidism (HT). Methods: 368 cases were allocated to two groups, the treatment group treated by oral use of tapazole or propylthiouracil added with ETLJ, and the control group by oral use of tapazole or propylthiouracil alone. The cases were followed - up for 3 years after suspension of medication. Results: The cure rate was high, side effect less, and the recurrence rate low in the treatment group, showing markedly significant difference in comparion with control group (P< 0.05) . Conclusion: TCM combined with western medicine can increase the curative rate, lower the recurrence rate and few of side effect, showing that it is a good non - traumaic therapy for HT.
