摘 要:问尼索地平(m-Nis)0.1μmol/L及0.01μmol/L,尼索地平(Nis)0.1μmol/L均能明显减轻持续缺氧引起的Langendorff大鼠心脏冠脉流量减少、心率减慢和心肌收缩力减弱,m-Nis保护缺氧心脏的作用较Nis为强。m-Nis0.1μmol/L和Nis0.1μmol/L二者增加氧合K-H液灌注大鼠心脏冠脉流量的作用无差别,m-Nis的负性频率及负性肌力作用均较Nis为弱。The decreases of coronary flow(CF), heart rate(HR) and myocardial contractile force(MCF) induced by perfusion of the langendorff rat heart with anoxic medium were significantly attenuated by the infusion of m—nisoldipine(m—Nis,0.01,0.1μmol/L) or nisoldipine(Nis 0.1μmol/L), and m—Nis showed protective effect higher than Nis. m—Nis and Nis each 0.1μmol/L were equally effective in increasing CF in the isolated rat heart perfused with oxygenated medium, but the negative inotropic and ehronotropic effects of the former were lower.
