液体组织凝血活酶试剂在COACHROME Ⅳ仪器上的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨自制液体组织凝血活酶试剂的应用效果。方法　以进口组织凝血活酶试剂为标准 ,标定自制液体组织凝血活酶试剂的国际敏感度指数 (ISI) ,并用两组试剂在COACHROMEⅣ仪器上对 35例患者血浆进行对比检测。结果　自制液体组织凝血活酶试剂的ISI值高于进口组织凝血活酶试剂的ISI值 ,但两组试剂的PT结果 (INR值 )相关性较好(r=0 .9798,P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,重复性符合规定 (<5 % )。Objective To investigate the test effectiveness of homemade liquid thromboplastin.Methods The International Sensitivity Index (ISI) of homemade liquid thromboplastin reagent was assayed with the criteria of imported thromboplastin reagent calibrator, and 35 patients plasma was measured with the liquid against imported reagent on the COACHROME IV measurement.Results The ISI value of the liquid thromboplastia was higher than imported reagent, but the PT findings in both reagents were well correlated with each other(r=0.9798,P<0.001); repetition was up to the clinical laboratory standard(less than 5%).Conclusion The homemade liquid thromboplastion could be used in clinical laboratory.
