摘  要:目的 探讨脊髓全横断后神经营养因子在运动皮质内的分布规律,为临床应用神经生长因子治疗脊髓损伤提供实验依据。方法 用免疫组化方法和图像分析技术检测脊髓全横断后不同时相运动皮质内,神经生长因子(NGF)和脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)的表达和分布。结果各组的运动皮质中NGF和BDNF阳性神经元主要分布在第V层;脊髓全横断后NGF和BDNF的表达均增高,NGF的表达高峰在脊髓全横断后7天,21天回到正常水平;BDNF表达在脊髓横断后21天到达高峰,28天回至正常水平。结论脊髓损伤后大鼠运动皮质内NGF表达上调早于BDNF。Objective To study the pattern of the distribution of NGF (nerve growth factor)and BDNF(brain - derived neurotrophic factor) in adult rat motocortex following complete spinal cord transection (SCT) .Methods With immunohistochemistly and quantitative analysis by PIPS - 2020 superhigh resolution pathology image analysis system, the expression and distribution of NGF and BDNF were investigated in motocortex following complete SCT. Results NGF and BDNF immunoreactive positive cells are mainly localized in motocortex layer V in both control and experimental groups. The expression of NGF in adult rat motocortex was up - regulated transiently after transection and reached the peak in day 7. The expression of BDNF was increased after SCT and reached the peak at day 21. Conclusion The up - regulation of NGF occurred earlier than that of BDNF in adult rat motocortex following SCT.
