摘　　要：乡镇卫生机构是农村三级医疗预防保健网的枢纽 ,是农村医疗卫生服务体系的重要“基石”。为了解乡镇卫生机构的发展现状 ,给政府宏观调控提供决策依据 ,该文回顾调查了耒阳市 2 0 0 1年乡镇卫生机构的内部管理、业务开展、经济运行等方面的现状 ,针对实际存在的问题 ,分析了其产生的原因 ,并提出了改革的对策及建议。Township health institution is a hinge of rural three-tertiary medical and preventive health care network and an important footstone of rural medical service system. To know the development of township health institutions and supply decision-making references for government micro control, this paper retrospectively surveyed the situations of internal management, business, economic operation of township health institutions in 2001 in Leiyang. Aimed at the exiting problems, the paper analyzes the reasons and put forward reform countermeasures and suggestions.
