摘　　要：目的 :观察 RD、Hep- 2和 L 2 0 B用于脊髓灰质炎病毒学常规监测的实验结果 ,提高脊髓灰质炎病毒的检出率。方法:对 RD、Hep- 2和 L2 0 B用于脊髓灰质炎病毒监测进行了实验研究。用细胞培养法进行病毒分离。结果 :L2 0 B细胞对脊髓灰质炎病毒具有较强的敏感性和特异性 ,但非脊髓灰质炎肠道病毒 (NPEV)在 RD细胞上呈选择性增值 ,可能会造成 NPEV检出率下降。 结论:RD、Hep- 2和 L2 0Objective: A study to increase poliomyelitis virus (PV) isolation rate, the RD\, Hep 2 and L20B cell were used for identification. Methods: By cell cultivation. Results: The sensitivity and specificity of L20B cell was stronger. Since some non polio enteroviruses (NPEV) can only be isolated with Hep 2 cell line, NPEV isolation rate may be decrease do Conclusion: We suggest that RD\, Hep 2 and L20B cell can be used as routine procedure for PV isdation.
