血清瘦素浓度与中老年人性别、体重指数等因素相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清瘦素 (L eptin)浓度与中老年人性别、体重指数 (BMI)、血脂及血压间的相关性。 方法 :测定不同性别中老年人的空腹血脂及血清瘦素浓度值。同时按全国高血压普查方法测量血压、身高、体重、腰围、臀围 ,计算体重指数 (BMI)、脂肪分布指数 (WHR)。结果:(1)女性血清瘦素浓度高于男性 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,WHR女性低于男性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,差异有统计学意义。 (2 )各变量相关分析显示 ,男性、女性血清瘦素浓度与 BMI均呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,与血脂、血压无明显相关 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论Objective: To explore the relationship among serum leptin, sex, body mass index and relevant factors in elderly persons. Methods: Serum leptin concentrations were measured by radioimmunoassay and the level of triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (T ch), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL ch) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL ch) were determined in 66 elderly males and 54 elderly females. Weight, height, waist circumference, hip circumference, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were measured. Body mass index (BMI) and waist hip ratio(WHR) were calculated. Results: (1)The leptin concentration was significantly higher in females (12.89±10.06) μg/L than in males (6.61±3.46) μg/L (P<0.001). WHR was significantly higher in males(0.96±0.05) than in females (0.85±0.06) (P<0.05). (2)The relationship between these parameters in elderly males and females was studied by univeriate correlation analysis. BMI was positively correlated with the serum leptin level. TG, T ch, LDL ch, HDL ch and blood pressure were not correlated with it. Conclusion: The serum leptin levels are correlated with sex. Serum leptin concentrations in elderly males and females are not directly related to blood pressure; TG, T ch, LDL ch and HDL ch are correlated with degree of obesity.
