5种广西产蜘蛛抱蛋中偏诺甾体四糖皂甙含量的比较

摘　　要：目的 :考察广西产 5种蜘蛛抱蛋中偏诺甾体四糖皂甙 (结构式为 :(18S、19S) - 3 β- pennogenin- 3 - O- α- L-rhamnopyranosy1(1- 4 ) - α- L- rhamnopyranosy1(1- 4 ) [α- L- rham nopyranosy1(1- 2 ) ]- β- D- glucopyranosy1)含量 ,为进一步开发利用广西甾体药源植物奠定基础。方法 :采用 HPL C法测定 5种广西产蜘蛛抱蛋中偏诺甾体四糖皂甙的含量。结果 :5种广西产蜘蛛抱蛋植物中偏诺甾体四糖皂甙的含量在 1.0 14 %～ 3 .80 4 %之间。结论 :该方法简单、快速 ,结果准确。Objective:To observe the content of steroidal pennogenin four glycosides (its structure is (18S?19S) 3 β pennogenin 3 O α L rhamnopyranosy1(1 4) α L rhamnopyranosy1(1 4)[α L rhamnopyranosy1(1 2)] β D glucopyr anosy1) in five species Aspidistra of Guangxi,and establish the basis of exploitation of the steroidal pharmaceutical plants in Guangxi.Methods:A analysis method by HPLC was used.Comparison was done with the index of steroidal pennogenin four glycosides.Results:By the HPLC method,the contents of steroidal pennogenin four glycosides of the five species Aspidistra plants in Guangxi were determined,which ranged from 1 014% to 3 804%.Conclusion:The method is quick and simple,and the result is accurate.
