摘　　要：介绍了利用“全可控涡”三元流转子技术对DH6 3型空气压缩机进行技术改造。实践表明 ,通过空压机的改造 ,不但取得了较高的经济效益 ,而且使制氧工艺流程也得到改进 ,对炼钢的保产能力大大加强 ,综合效益显著。Revamping model DH63 air compressor by means of three dimensional flow rotor technique of'fully controlled vortex distribution'is described.The practice has proved that both economic benefits and oxygen production process have been improved to a certain extent through the revamping of the compressor.As a result,the steelmaking capability of insuring annual output will be strengthened greatly with outstanding comprehensive gains.
