摘　　要：目的 :应用背向散射积分 (IBS)定量评价左房自发声学显影 ,并与声学显影的定性分级比较。方法 :采用多平面经食道超声及 IBS定量分析 87例二尖瓣狭窄患者的左房自发声学显影情况 ,测量左房及右房 IBS值 ,以二者之比为左房标化 IBS值 (IBS% ) ,与左房自发声学显影的视频分级 (无、轻中度、重度 )比较。结果 :轻中度 SEC组的左房 IBS值比右房 IBS值高 6.0 d B,而在重度 SEC组高 1 1 .3 d B;左房 IBS%与视频分级相关良好。结论 :背向散射积分提供了一个定量分析左房自发声学显影的客观方法 。Objective:To quantitatively evaluate left atrial spontaneous echo contrast (LASEC) by integrated backscatter(IBS) and to compare with independent video grades of LASEC in patients with mitral stenosis.Methods:Transesophageal echocardiography was performed in 87 patients with mitral stenosis to measure the IBS of left atrium and right atrium, the ratio of the IBS of left atrium and right atrium was regarded as corrected IBS(IBS%) of left atrium, which was compared with independently assessed video grades of SEC(none, mild to moderate,severe).Results:The left atrial IBS intensity was 6 0dB higher than that from the right atrium in the mild to moderate LASEC subgroup, and 11 3dB higher in the severe LASEC subgroup The left atrial IBS% correlated well with the video grade.Conclusions:IBS provides an objective quantitative measurement of LASEC that correlates well with the video grade.
