阴道彩超检测子宫内膜厚度及其血流鉴别宫内外早早孕的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨阴道彩超 (TCVD)检测子宫内膜厚度及其血流鉴别宫内外早早孕的可行性。方法 :对1 0 1例处于早早孕阶段的子宫内膜厚度及其血流进行 TVCD检测 ,检测结果与最终妊娠结果进行对照分析。结果 :宫内早早孕组子宫内膜厚度常 >1 .5 cm,其血流阻力指数 (RI)常 <0 .5;宫外早早孕组子宫内膜厚度常 <1 .5 cm,其血流 RI常 >0 .5。结论 :TVCD检测子宫内膜厚度及其血流 ,并结合宫内或附件区的声像特点 。Objective:To explore the value of TVCD in testing the thickness and blood flow of uterine endometrium for differential diagnosis of very early intrauterine pregnancy and very early ectopic pregnancy.Methods:The thickness and blood flow of uterine endometrium in 101 cases with very early pregnancy were tested and compared with the last pregnant results.Results:In the group of very early intrauterine pregnancy, the thickness of uterine endometrium was often >1 5 cm,the RI of the blood flow for uterine spiral artery was often <0 5; In the group of very early ectopic pregnancy, the thickness of uterine endometrium was often <1 5 cm,the RI of the blood flow for uterine helicine artery was often >0 5.Conclusions:Compared intrauterine to appendix untrasounic imaging,TVCD has important clinical value for the differential diagnosis of very early intrauterine pregnancy and very early ectopic pregnancy by testing the thickness and blood flow of uterine endometrium.
