摘　　要：本文从馆性、馆藏、馆员三个方面论述了高校图书馆与时俱进的理念和实践 ,阐明了其服务工作的明确定位 ,有为才能有位 。This article essay analyzes the Theory and practice of progressing with time in libraries of colleges and universities from the aspects of the character of library, the storage of books and the quality of librarians, and exponds the cleor-set positior of fheirservae in order to better the intellectual service by promoting the quality of the librarians.
