镇肝熄风汤治疗外耳带状疱疹后遗症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:比较中药镇肝熄风汤与单纯西医治疗外耳带状疱疹后遗症的临床疗效。方法:对35例外耳带状疱疹患者进行对照研究,随机分为治疗组18例及对照组17例,治疗组采用镇肝熄风汤治疗,对照组采用单纯西医治疗,观察2组眩晕、耳鸣及听力改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.4%,对照组为47.1%,治疗组明显优于对照组,P <0.01;镇肝熄风汤能明显改善中医证候及神经功能。结论:镇肝熄风汤能明显改善内耳微循环功能,能双向调节机体免疫功能,抑制自身免疫性损伤反应,能有效地清除迷路内自由基及MMS,值得开发应用。Objective: To compare the clinical effect of Zhenganxifeng Decoction (ZGXFD) and western medicine alone in treating residua of exteral ear zoster . Methods: Controlled clinical study was conducted in 35 patients with residua of exteral ear zoster , they were randomly divided into two groups ,the 18 case in the treated with ZGXFD(treated group) and the 17 case were treated with western medicine alone (control group), the changes of vertigo ,sonitus and hearing were observed in two groups. Results: The general effective rate in the treated group was 94.4%, which was markedly higher than that in the control group 47.1%(p<0.01);ZGXFD cloud improve markedly traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome and neuro-funtion in treating residua of exteral ear zoster. Conclusion: ZGXFD could improve micro circulation internal ear markedly , regulate bi-directionally the patients' immune function, inhibit autoimmune injury effects ofinternal ear and clear away the free radicals of the labyrinth and MMS effectively ,it is worth developing and applying in treating residua of exteral ear zoster
