摘　　要：目的 :探讨了采用气相色谱法测定中毒样品中立克命的应用效果。方法 :用二氯甲烷提取中毒样品中的立克命 ,经 5 %SE 30细口径玻璃填充色谱柱分离 ,氢火焰离子化检测器检测 ,采用气相色谱法快速测定。结果与结论 :本法灵敏度高 ,干扰少 ,线性范围、精密度。Objective: To investigate the application of gas chromatography in determing coumatetralyl in toxic samples.Methods: Coumatetralyl in toxic samples was extracted by dichloromethane,separated by 5%SE-30 glass column of small inner diameter,detected by flame ionisation detector and determined by gas chromatography.Results and Conclusion: This techninque is of high sensitivity and very little interference.The results,such as the linear range,precision and accuracy,meet experimental requirements.
