摘 要:酸性/阳离子染料对酸性染料可染纤维与阳离子染料可染纤维混纺交织制品一浴法染色时易出现因阴阳离子相互作用而引起的沉淀现象,有关这种相互作用的理论研究对实际生产合理选用染料和助剂具有重要的意义。电导率法和紫外可见光光谱法的研究结果表明,酸性和阳离子染料基本上按理论摩尔比发生库仑力作用,并形成复合物,酸性染料与隔离型阳离子染料相互作用强烈,酸性染料的疏水越强,与阳离子染料相互作用的程度就越大。When acid-dyeable and cationic-dyeable fiber blends are dyed in one bath with acid and cationic dyes, precipitation caused by the interaction between acid and cationic dyes often occurs. Research on this interaction is of practical significance for dyeing. Through conduc-tometric and UV-VIS spectrophotometric investigation, it was found that the interaction between anionic and cationic dye ions was generally what would be expected from the theoretic molar ratios. This interaction led to the formation of a complex and became stronger as the hydrophobicity of the acid dye increased.
