参麦注射液对大鼠腹膜透析模型腹膜转运功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参麦注射液对大鼠腹膜透析模型腹膜转运功能的影响。方法运用腹膜透析模型 ,观察含参麦注射液的腹膜透析液对尿素氮 (BUN)、菊糖的清除作用。结果参麦注射液可提高腹膜对BUN、菊糖的清除率 ,其作用和对照药盐酸异丙肾上腺素相近。结论参麦注射液可提高大鼠腹膜对BUN。Objective To study the effects of Shenmai Injection(SMI) on peritoneal transporting func tion of rats prepared as the model for peritoneal dialysis(PD). Methods The effects of peritoneal dialystic solution containin g SMI on the clearance of BUN and inulin were investigated among rats prepared as PD model.Results SMI could promote the function of peritoneal clearan ce to BUN and inulin.This effect was similar to that of isoprenaline.Conc lusion SMI can increase the clearance rate of rat p eritoneum to BUN and inulin.
