摘　　要：油田结垢是油田水质控制中最严重的问题之一 ,在油田中常见的是碳酸钙垢、硫酸钙垢、硫酸锶垢和硫酸钡垢 ,通过对清垢剂的清垢机理分析及实验 ,研制出一种新型清垢剂ND -1,并对其清垢性能进行了评价。根据单因素和正交试验 ,结合现场应用的实际要求 ,清垢剂ND -1的最佳使用条件为 :清垢温度 5 0℃ ,体系pH值为 11～ 13 ,清垢时间 2 4h。Scale is one of the most serious problems in water controlling in oil field. Most of scales are calcium carbonate,calcium sulphate, strontium sulphate and barium sulphate. A new type of scale cleaning agent ND-1 was prepared and evaluated by analysis on cleaning mechanism and experiment. The optimum conditions used were determined by orthogonal and single factor test as follows:working temperature 50 ℃,pH value of system 11～13,working time 24 h.
