摘　　要：在对城市泔水性质和北京市城八区泔水产生量调查分析的基础上 ,分析了国内城市泔水管理现状 ,提出了泔水收集和处理技术 ,以及泔水处理工艺选择方案。This articl analyses the present situation of municipal swill management at hom, puts forward the technology of swill collection and treatment, and the alternative plan of swill treatment technology on the basis of municipal swill property and the swill output investigation about eight districts in Beijing.
