摘  要:本文运用多目标规划的思想方法,建立了大流域水资源多目标优化分配模型,并提出了大系统递阶动态规划的求解方法,该模型为协调国民经济各部门对水资源的供需矛盾的研究提供了一条新途径,所提算法能有效地克服多维动态规划可能遇到的“维数障碍”。黄河流域的实例研究表明,本模型能方便地绘出全流域供水净效益与水库供水量的非劣解集,同时也验证了本模型及其算法的有效性和通用性。Using the method of multiobjective programming,the model of optimization of multiobjec- tire allocation of water resources in large valleys is established,and the model is solved with the method of large-system hierarchical dynamic Programming.The model provides a new way to coordi- nate the conflicts among various sectors of the national economy in the utilization of water resources. It is possible to remove the obstacle arising from the great number of dimensions by using the hierarchi- cal dynamic programming algorithm.The example of the Yellow River basin has proved that the mod- el can give the non-poor solution set about the benefits and water storage.The example also shows that the modle and algorithm presented are effective and practical.
