摘　　要：首先分析美军物流系统的不足,然后详细阐述了速率管理部门建立领导委员会和组织机构进行变革,利用D-M-I方法进行优化的过程。On the basis of analyzing the shortcom-ings of US military logistics System,the paper expatiates such a process of velocity management as building leader commitment,reforming organizational structure and opti-mizing them with D-M-I method.
