加工高硫原油设备腐蚀与防护对策

摘　　要：扬子炼油厂在加工高硫原油过程中 ,逐步感受到硫对产品品质、设备腐蚀的影响和危害。工厂采取了相应的对策 ,做好工艺物料的硫分布调查 ,总结硫分布规律 ;在分析腐蚀机理的基础上采取了相应的防腐对策 ,更换部分材质 ,取得了一定的成效。In processing high sulfur crude oil, the YPC refinery gradually foun d that the sulfur had harmful effects to quality of its products and causing equ ipment erosion.To overcome these disadvantages, we made investigation in sulfu r distribution to summarize the rule of sulfur distribution and compile a softw are forit.We got satisfacfory results after having adopted these measures for ha lf a year.
