摘　　要：神华集团神府东胜煤炭公司引进的美国JOY公司生产的 6LS— 0 3型采煤机 ,在实际使用的过程中 ,易在机头、机尾处发生断链故障 ,针对这个问题 ,通过分析该采煤机埋链牵引系统的受力情况 ,找出了断链原因 。This article introduces the shearer 6LS-03 which is being used in Shenfu_Dongsheng coal company of Shenhua Group often occurs break down_chain broken on the head or tail of the shearer when it occurs in the course of practical use.Facing with this problem,it analyses on the situations of bearing forces of drawing system in shearer and the reasons why the chain is always broken.At last,it puts forward the new methods of improvement and gives some new thinkings of design.
