正天丸与通天口服液治疗紧张型头痛的比较

摘　　要：目的 :验证正天丸治疗紧张型头痛 (TTH)的近期疗效 ,并与通天口服液比较。方法 :63例TTH病人被随机分成 2组 ,正天丸组 3 3例 ,年龄 3 8a±s1 1a,其中发作性紧张型头痛 (ETTH) 8例 ,慢性紧张型头痛 (CTTH) 2 5例 ,男性 1 6例 ,女性 1 7例 ,予正天丸 6g ,po,tid ;疗程 3 0d。通天口服液组3 0例 ,年龄 3 2a±1 5a其中ETTH 1 2例 ,CTTH 1 8例 ,男性 1 3例 ,女性 1 7例 ,予通天口服液 1 0mL ,po,tid ;疗程 3 0d。观察治疗前后头痛严重程度、头痛发作频率、颅周肌肉压痛等指标。结果 :正天丸对TTH总有效率 91 % ,治疗后头痛评分显著下降(2 0 1分vs 1 1 1分 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,头痛频率的降低明显 ,尤其对CTTH病人 ,其头痛频率下降、压痛消失比率大于通天口服液。 2组不良反应少。结论 :正天丸治疗TTH安全有效 。AIM:To verify the recent clinical effect of Zhengtian pill (ZTP) in the treatment of tension type headache (TTH) and compare with Tongtian oral solution (TTOS). METHODS: Sixty three patients of TTH were divided into two groups (ZTP group and TTOS group). Thirty three patients in ZTP group (M16, F17; age 38 a± s 11 a) including eight episodic tension type headache (ETTH) patients and twenty five chronic tension type headache (CTTH) patients were treated with ZTP 6 g, po , tid for 30 d. Thirty patients in TTOS group (M13, F17; age 32 a±15 a) including twelve ETTH patients an eighteen CTTH patients were treated with TTOS 10 mL, po , tid for 30 d. Parameters of headache including the degree of severity, the frequency of attacks and the tenderness scoring of peri cranial muscles were observed. RESULTS: The total effective rate of patients treated with ZTP was 91%. Vision analogue scale scoring was significantly decreased after treatment (201 vs 111, P<0.01 ). The decrease of frequency of attacks in patients taking ZTP was significant, especially in the CTTH ones. The disappear rate of peri cranial tenderness was greater in ZTP group. Adverse reactions were rare in both groups. CONCLUSION:Zhengtian pill is a safe and effective drug in treating TTH. Its clinical effect is similar to TTOS.
