活性宫内节育器使用的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解活性宫内节育器(IUD)使用中的影响因素。方法:采取分层整群随机抽样、横断面调查方法。在四川省15个县,调查1994～1998年放置IUD的12 804位妇女。结果:年龄越小、受教育程度越高,活性IUD使用比例越高。避孕失败后、IUD异常后再放置IUD时活性IUD的使用增加。避孕效果好、不易脱落、取出方便、适用于不同大小官腔等因素有利于活性IUD的使用;活性IUD使用呈逐年增加趋势。但不同地域环境、不同放置部门对活性IUD使用的影响不一致。有限的避孕有效期、出血副反应是活性IUD使用的不利因素。结论:对活性IUD避孕优势的认识是活性IUD使用的积极因素,但不应忽略不利因素的影响。Objective: To explore and analyze the influence factors on the adoption of copper - bearing IUD. Methods: Cluster random sampling method and cross - sectional study was adopted. 12,804 IUD users of 15 counties in Sichuan inserted during 1994 to 1998 were interviewed. Results; Factors such as younger age, higher education,lower pregnancy rate,lower expulsion rate, easy removal and available for use in different sizes of uterus cavity contributed to the adoption of copper - bearing IUD. Copper - bearing IUD adoption was increased because of following reasons; inducedmedical abortion, IUD problems, pregnancy with IUD and stopping other contraceptives. The adoption of copper - bearing IUD is increasing year by year. There were different influence factors to select copper - bearing IUD like different geographical conditions and clinics IUD inserted. Other factors like bleeding side effect,limited effective duration affected selection of copper -bearing IUD. Conclusion: High effective of contraception of copper - bearing IUD was positive effect to select copper - bearing IUD, but those factors influencing copper - bearing IUD adoption should not be neglected.
