摘　　要：通过对大量文献的检索,探讨了影响餐具洗涤剂性能的重要因子及这些因子间的关系.对餐具洗涤剂进行了一系列试验和研究,并根据目前餐具洗涤剂的发展趋势,探索了新型环保餐具洗涤剂的配方,做了多组与其他市售洗涤剂几个方面性能比较的对比实验.Through searching a large amount of literature,it has found the improtant factors which influence the performance and the characteristics of detergents and the relationship between them.Series of experiments and researches are conducted on samples of tablewane detergent selling on the market.Based on trends of detergent developing at present,we develop a kind of newtype environmental friendly dish washing detergent,and carry on experiments to compare it with other detergents on selling.
