摘  要:Al-Si钎料因具有良好的润湿性、流动性、钎焊接头的抗腐蚀性和可加工性,应用非常广泛,但其熔点较高,很难用于低熔点铝合金的钎焊。本文以Cu,Ni作为主要的添加元素,通过正交试验的方法研究了合金元素Cu,Ni,Si对Al基钎料性能的影响。结果表明,随着合金元素Cu,Si的质量分数的增加,其熔点大大降低;同时钎料的铺展性能也有所改善;合金元素对钎焊接头强度的影响规律不明显。Due to their good wettability, fluidity, machinability and corrosion-r esistance of joint, Al-Si filler metals have been widely used. But it is difficu lt to braze the low-melting-point aluminum alloy because of the high melting poi nt of Al-Si filler metals. In this paper, Cu and Ni have been chosen to be added to Al-base filler metal and the effect of Cu, Si and Ni on the melting point of filler metals has been studied by Probability & Statistic design. The results s how that the melting point of new designed filler metals is decreased obviouslyd and its wettability is improved greatly when the content of Cu , Si or Ni incre ases, but joint's shear strength of new designed filler metal changes very littl e.
