不同抗生素治疗化脓性脑膜炎疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 :通过不同的抗生素及抗炎药 ,探讨更为有效的治疗化脑的方法。方法 :A组 :使用磺胺嘧啶 +青霉素 +氯霉素。B组 :使用先锋必素 +青霉素 +和 /或氯霉素。C组 :菌必治 +青霉素 ,地塞米松 0 .15mg/kg/次 ,4次 /日 ,共 4天。结果 :A组治愈率 80 % ,死亡率 12 .3%。B组治愈率85 .4 % ,死亡率 6 .3%。C组治愈率 95 .5 % ,无死亡率。结论 :化脑是细菌成份及其产生的细胞因子所介导的炎症反应 ,常见病原菌所致化脑抗菌治疗首选菌必治 。Objective:To analyze more effective therapeutic methods by using different antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs.Method:Group A:using sulfadiazine+penicillin+chloramphenicol.Group B:using cefobid+penicillin+and/or chloramphenicol.Group C:using rocephin+penicillin,and dexamethasone 0.15mg/Kg,four times daily for four days.Result:Group A:healable rate is 80%,mortality 12.3%.Group B:healable rate is 85.4%,mortality 6.3%.Group C:healable rate is 95.5%,no mortality.Conclusion:Purulent meningitis is an inflammatory response mediated by bacterial components and cytokines.Rocephin is the first choice for the purulent meningitis caused by common pathogenic bacteria in antibiotic therapy,while dexamethasone is the first choice in emphasized anti-inflammatory therpy.
