摘  要:二氧化硅凝胶在多孔陶瓷上转变成沸石的过程中 ,在碱的作用下分解成水溶性的聚合硅酸根离子 ,借助于有机胺的作用形成沸石骨架 ,微观上遵循液相转化机理。凝胶表面上的异相成核过程控制着沸石结构的形成 。During the transformation to zeolites on porous ceramic, silica gel was decomposed into soluble silicate ions by inorganic base, and then was induced to form zeolitic framework by organic amine. Such an experimental result indicated that crystallization in this system was proceeded by a liquid transformation mechanism. Heterogeneous nucleation on the surface of silica gel was thermodynamically preferential to the homogeneous nucleation in the liquid phase and resulted in an in situ transformation, which was usually the feature of solid transformation mechanism.
