摘 要:目的 :了解应用食管气管联合导管在气管插管状态下插入胃管的临床效果。方法 :将 76例气管插管病人按救治顺序分为A组、B组。A组采用食管气管联合导管插胃管 ,B组在普通气管插管成功后再插胃管。记录置管成功时间、病人反应 (烦躁、恶心、呕吐 )及一次插管成功率。结果 :两组病人的插管成功时间、病人反应及一次性插管成功率均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论Objective: to find out the effect on using the esophageal and tracheal combined catheter to intubate the gastric tube in the state of endotracheal intubation. Methods: a total of 76 cases need to be intubated were divided into both A and B groups. The esophageal-tracheal combined catheter was adopted in patients of group A. Patients of group B were intubated the gastric tube after the tracheal tube intubated successfully. Items including intubation time, the reaction (restlessness, nausea, vomiting) of patients, and once intubation success rate in the two groups were recorded. Results: In terms of the mentioned items, there were statistical significance between the two groups (all P<0.05). Conclusion: it is one of the satisfactory methods to use esophageal-tracheal combined tube to intubate gastric tube in the course of rescuing patients with food poisoning.
