摘　　要：目的 :探讨健康教育对支气管哮喘病人生存质量的影响。方法 :对 2 0 0 0年 3月— 2 0 0 1年 8月在我院呼吸科住院的 2 5例支气管哮喘病人采取家属、病人、医务人员共同参与的健康教育形式实施健康教育 ,并于入院时、健康教育后、出院后 6个月测定肺功能和进行生存质量评估。结果 :健康教育前后肺功能明显改善 (P <0 .0 1) ,生存质量明显提高(P <0 .0 1)。结论Objective: to probe into the influence of health education on life quality of patients with bronchial asthma. Method: a total of 25 cases of bronchial asthma admitted in respiratory department from March 2000 to August 2001 were selected. Patients had been given health education by their family members and medical staffs joined together. Pulmonary function of patients was measured at their admission, after health education, and 6 months later of discharge respectively. Life quality of these patients was evaluated. Results: after health education, pulmonary function of patients improved remarkably compared with that of before health education (P<0.01). And life quality of these patients was also promoted overtly after the health education (P<0.01). Conclusion: to carry out health education for bronchial asthma patients could improve their pulmonary function and enhance their life quality remarkably.
