摘　　要：通过对地勘单位生产管理特点的分析,根据地质勘察项目管理的要求,提出了地质勘察项目成本控制的模糊管理方法及注意事项。By analyzing the characteristics of production and management of geological prospecting party.the thesis puts forward the method of vague manaegment of cost control of geological prospecting item and matters needing atten tion in the light of the requirements of geological prospecting project.
