摘 要:利用旋转填充床碳分-水热耦合法制备改性氢氧化铝。考察了碳分过程中的沉淀pH值、温度以及水热处理条件等对产物失重、粒径及收率的影响。结果表明,旋转填充床在不同条件下碳分可得拟薄水铝石、g -AlOOH和拜尔石等多种氧化铝水合物,均可作为先驱物,在温度130oC以上,改性剂与先驱物摩尔配比高于0.7时,制备出失重温度为360oC,失重率在52%左右,平均粒径在120nm左右超细的改性氢氧化铝,可用作热塑性塑料的阻燃剂。Modified aluminum hydroxid was prepared by carbonation of sodium aluminate in Rotating Packed Bed (RPB) coupled with hydrolysis. The effects of carbonation pH values, temperatures and hydrolysis conditions on product weight loss, particle size and yield were investigated. The results indicated that alumina hydrate like Pseudoboehmite, g -AlOOH and Bayerrite can be synthesized by carbonation in RPB under different reaction conditions. The alumina hydrates was subsequently employed as precursor to obtain modified aluminum hydroxid with weightlessness temperature of 360C, weightlessness ratio of 52% and mean particle size of approximately 120nm when preparation temperature was over 130OC and the molar ratio of modifier and the precursor was more than 0.7. The modified aluminum hydroxid can be used as flame retardant in thermoplastics, where unmodified ATH is unsuitable.
