摘 要:通过实验确定了对应于不同滤料粒径的上向流过滤的极限滤速,该结果与理论公式计算值在滤料粒径小于1.10mm范畴吻合;以过滤性能指数FPI(ME)及过滤水头损失增加率为判断依据,同等条件下,上向流过滤优于下向流过滤;对L/d_(10)分别为1140、710、691、400、230滤层进行上向流过滤比较:在实验条件下,L/d_(10)=1140滤层抵抗进水浊度变化冲击的能力最强,单位面积产水量最大。按传统滤池8-10m/h滤速,上向流过滤采用L/d_(10)≥400的滤层,出水浊度小于INTU;最后简述了上、下向流过滤在滤料选择上的区别。Maximum flow rate of up - flow filtration was determined experimentally, and the results well agreed with the values calculated theoretically if particle diameter of the filter media less than 1.10 mm. According to hydraulic head loss rate and filtration performance index FPI(ME) ,the up - flow filtration is better than the gravity - flow filtration under the same conditions. Taking the different L /dio as 1140,710,691,400,230,experiment get the result by comparing; Under the experimental conditions, when L/dio is 1140, the media filter has the strongest ability to resist the effect which is owed to the change of influent turbidity and flow rate of unit area is the largest. Traditionally the flow rate is 8 - 10m/h. If the L /d10 is more than 400 in the up - flow filtration experiment, effluent will be less than 1 NTU. At last the difference between up -flow and gravity -flow filtration in seleting the media filter is introduced in brief.
