摘  要:用液相沉淀法制备羟基磷灰石粉体 ,研究了温度和pH值对羟基磷灰石粉体合成的影响 ,结果表明 :制备的羟基磷灰石粉体纯度较高 ,随着温度的增加其晶化程度增加 ,当pH值等于 4 5 ,9和 1 2 4时 ,制备的粉体分别为 β Ca2 P2 O7,HA +β TCP和HA。TEM结果表明 :羟基磷灰石沉淀颗粒形态呈针状或条状 ,其直径约 1 0~ 2 0nm ,长约 1 0 0~ 2 0 0nm ,当羟基磷灰石粉体加热至 90 0℃时 ,颗粒发生团聚 ,晶粒长大 ,其尺寸约为 2 0 0~ 4 0Hydroxyapatite powder was prepared by wet precipitation method in this paper.The effect of temperature and pH value on the preparation was studied by XRD,IR.The results showed that the HA powder with high purity was obtained.The HA crystallized gradually with the increase of temperature.The powder was β-Ca 2P 2O 7,HA+β-TCP and HA when the pH value was adjusted to 4.1,9and 12.4,respectively.TEM results showed that the morphology of the HA precipitation is needle-like shape with the size of 100~200nm long ,10~20nm in diameter.HA crystals aggregated to particle of which the size was about 200~400nm sintered at 900℃ for 30min.
