摘  要:研究了热压烧结BN AlN复相陶瓷的致密化行为 ,研究了添加剂的加入量、AlN第二相的含量以及热压温度、保温时间等工艺参数对复相陶瓷致密化的影响。结果表明 :当Y2 O3的添加量为1 0 % ,AlN加入量为 5 0 %时 ,在 1 90 0℃ ,保温 2h,压力为 3 0MPa,N2 气氛下可以制备出致密的BN AlN复相陶瓷 ,对BNThe sintering behavior of BN-AlN composites was studied by hot pressed sintering method.The influences of the amount of the sintering additive Y 2O 3,the content of AlN as well as the sintering temperature and holding time on the density were studied.The results showed that when the contents of Y 2O 3 and AlN were 10wt% and 50wt%,respectively,the BN-AlN composites could be densified at 1900℃ for 2h under the pressure of 30MPa in nitrogen atmosphere.The phase composition and microstructure were also studied.
