摘  要:通过两步合成工艺研究了xPb(Mg1/ 3Nb2 / 3)O3 yPb(Ni1/ 3Nb2 / 3)O3 zPbZrO3 wPbTiO3四元系的大量组成 ,获得了位于准同型相界 (morphotropicphaseboundary)处的组成范围及所有选取组成的压电性能、介电性能和机械特性。实验结果表明 :准同型相界位于 0 .2 5Pb(Mg1/ 3Nb2 / 3)O3 0 .1 5Pb(Ni1/ 3Nb2 / 3)O3 zPbZrO3 wPbTiO3,其中w/z在 1 .60~ 1 .65之间。在此区间内 ,材料具有良好的综合性能。其各项主要参数为 :居里温度Tc=2 0 2~ 2 0 5℃ ;室温下相对介电常数εTr3=3 3 5 0~ 3 5 4 0 ;介电损耗tanδ =(1 .8~ 2 .1 ) % ;压电常数d33=(5 4 0~ 5 5 0 )× 1 0 -12 pC/N ;机械品质因素Qm =63 ;机电耦合系数Kp =0 .5 7~ 0 .5 8。Many compositionds of the xPb(Mg 1/3Nb 2/3)O 3-yPb(Ni 1/3Nb 2/3)O 3-zPbZrO 3-wPbTiO 3 ceramic systems were studied in this paper. The columbite process was applied and the range of compositions located in morphotropic phase boundary was obtained, at the same time, the piezoelectric, dielectric and mechanical properties of all the selected systems were investigated. The experimental results indicated that 0.25 Pb(Mg 1/3Nb 2/3)O 3-0.15Pb(Ni 1/3Nb 2/3)O 3-zPbZrO 3-wPbTiO 3 was in the vicinity of morphotropic phase boundary, in which the ratio of w/z was between 1.6 and 1.65. So a material with excellent integrated performance was developed, and the basic parameters were: T c=202~205℃; ε T r3=3350~3540; d 33=(540~550)×10 -12pC/N; Q m=63; Kp=0.57~0.58; Tanδ=1.8~2.1.
