摘　　要：流媒体技术是近几年来Internet发展的产物，并已成为Internet上最令人关注的问题之一。随着流媒体技术的不断完善和发展，基于流媒体技术实现的视频流系统的稳定和可靠性已显得越来越重要。文章主要对以流媒体技术为基础的网络视频流系统作出描述并分析其特点，最后提出在IP网上实现稳定可靠的视频流系统的设计方案。Streaming media is one of the most exciting applications on Internet with recent technological development. With the development and improvement of streaming media technology, stability and reliability are becoming more and more important to video streaming transmission system. This paper first describes the general model and architecture of video streaming system and analyzes its characteristics, then it proposes a construction scheme of a stable and reliable video streaming system on IP network.
