摘　　要：:2 0 0 2年 10月 ,笔者应邀赴俄罗斯出席了“2 1世纪亚太地区在全球政治、经济、文化中的地位国际学术研讨会” ,在俄期间 ,笔者还赴那乃区对政治、经济、文化、教育等现状进行了初步考察。The paper tells something that the writer took part in the International Academic Conference on the Role of Asian Pacific Region of the 21st Century in Politics, Economy and Culture of the World held in Russia. During the period, the author had made an investigation on the modern situation of politics, economy, cultme education of the Nanai region.
