摘  要:目的:研究丹参对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤细胞色素C氧化酶活性的影响。方法:复制大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤模型,用丹参保护,观察肾组织病理变化;测定血清MDA、BUN、CREA、SOD含量和肾组织SOD、MDA含量和COX活力。结果:IRI组肾组织COX活力最低,与CON组、DS组及RI组比较均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);CON组、DS组及RI组之间无差异(P>0.05)。结论:应用丹参后肾缺血再灌注损伤细胞色素C氧化酶活性增高,脂质过氧化反应减轻,对肾缺血再灌注操作有保护作用。Objective:To study the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza on activity of cytochrome C oxidase in acute renal ischemic reperfusion injury. Method: We made the model of rat renal ischemic reperfusion injury,and used salvia miltiorrhiza to treat it,observed the kidney tissue pathological changes;measured the levels of the serum MDA,BUN,CREA and SOD and measured the levels of the serum SOD and MDA in the kidney and the renal COX activity. Result: The renal COX activity of the IRI group was lowest compared with the CON group,the DS group,and the RI group with significant differences ( P <0. 01); but no differences between COM group,DS group and RI group( P <0. 05). Conclusion:The acute kidney ischemia reperfusion leads to renal injury and acute renal failure. Chinese herbal medicine salvia miltiorrhiza is shown to protect the kidney from acute ischemia reperfusion renal injury and can be increase the activity of cytochrome C oxidase in acute renal ischemic reperfusion injury.
