摘  要:目的 探讨长期低温作业是否能造成精子DNA的损伤。方法 对长期工作在寒冷地区的部队官兵进行现况调查及自身对照 ,通过精液标本进行单细胞凝胶电泳和染色质结构分析 ,检测精子DNA单双链的损伤情况。结果 调查组单细胞凝胶电泳Ⅰ级彗星率平均 4 .4 % ,对照组仅 1.9% ;染色质结构分析中COMPαt平均2 2 .9% ,对照组为 19.3% ,两组相差显著。半年后重复检测调查组 ,各项检测指标明显下降。结论 长期工作在寒冷地区的部队官兵精子DNA单双链损伤是可逆的。提示低温作业不影响男性生殖力 。Objective To investigate whether it can damage the sperm DNA of men working in low temperature condition for a long term.Methods To make a prevalence survey and auto control on the officers and soldiers serving in the army who work in cold area for a long term,and to detect the damage of single strand and diplo strand of sperm DNA by proceeding single cell gel electrophoresis and the structural analysis of chromatin on the semen sample.Results Level Ⅰ comet cell percent in single cell gel electrophoresis is 4.4% averagely in survey group but only 1.9% in control group.The COMP α t in structural analysis of chromatin is averagely 22.9% and 19.3% in control group.Difference is significant between the two groups.Half a year later all indicatrixes of the survey group descended evidently.Conclusions The damage of single strand and diplo strand of sperm DNA of the officers and soldiers serving in the army who work in cold area for a long term is reversible.It suggested that,it is still improtant to reinforce health protection of male reproductive system for those who work in cold area.
