摘　　要：本文详细介绍了包钢采用平炉冶炼工艺试制HRB4 0 0钢筋的生产过程和检验结果 ,对试制中出现的问题提出了改进措施 ,并初步研究了稀土对HRB4 0 0钢筋质量与性能的影响。结果表明 ,采用平炉冶炼工艺可生产出符合GB14 99- 1988的HRB4 0 0钢筋。本次试验研究尚未看出稀土对HRB4 0The production process and test results of HRB400 reinforced bar smelted by open hearth are introduced in detail and some measures are put forward for the trial-production problems. The effect of RE on the quality and performance of reinforced bar is studied in preliminary. The results show that the reinforced bar smelted by open hearth can meet the GB 1499-1998 standard and don't show the clear effect of RE on the quality and performance of the reinforced bar in this test.
