摘　　要：一个建设项目需要通过方案比较的方式 ,选择一个既能保证建设工期和工程质量 ,在经济上又最合理的方案来实施 ,以达到提高投资效益的目的。白石水库工程淹没区内惠宁寺院保护工程就是我省水利工作者与考古工作者共同研究的课题 ,通过对异地搬迁和原地围堤两个保护方案进行比较 ,选择了异地搬迁方案 ,为加快惠宁寺搬迁进度 ,保证惠宁寺搬迁质量奠定了基础 ,同时节省了建设资金。The Huining temple would be submerged after the Baishi reservoir built, water conservancy workers studied the issue with archaeclogy workers for protecting the anciently building,two kinds of scheme are compared, and moving to another place was decided. The result insured construction period in time as well as saving the cost.
