摘　　要：通过对东华医院1995-2001年住院死亡病例的回顾性调查分析,反映出了交通事故、社会治安、安全生产、心脑血管疾病、婴幼儿疾病、新生儿疾病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病等对人民生命构成严重危害。针对这一点,积极采取预防对策,特别要加强损伤与中毒患者的及时抢救和治疗,加强对老年病的研究与防治,加强围产期保健及新生儿、婴幼儿疾病的救护,降低住院病人的病死率。through a retrospective investigation and analysis on the inpatient cases died during being hospitalized from 1995 to 2001 in Donghua Hospital, it reflects that the traffic accidents, public order, cerebral - cardiovascular diseases, diseases of infants and young children, diseases of newborns, diseases of respiratory system, diseases of digestive system etc. constitute a serious threat to the people s life. Aiming at this, active preventive methods should be adopted, particularly timely emergence service and treatment to injured and toxic patients should be intensified, research and prevention/treatment to geriatrics should be intensified, care of perinatal service, infants and young children should be intensified and case fatality rate of inpatients should be reduced.
