摘 要:研究了Ce加入化学镀钴镍硼合金的工艺。在正交试验的基础上分析了镀液组成对沉积速度的影响,综合考察了镀层表面质量及镀层与基体的结合力。结果表明在化学镀钴镍硼合金的工艺中,Ce加入后,镀液的稳定性、沉积速度和镀层质量能明显提高,并由此得出含Ce化学镀Co-Ni-B镀覆工艺的最佳镀液组成和操作条件。The plating process of cerium added electroless CoNiB alloy was studied in this paper The effect of the plating bath composition on the speed of plating was analyzed, the surface quality of the alloy coating and adhesion of the coating and matrix were synthetically studied on the base of experiment using perpendicular method The results showed that cerium added in plating bath could remarkably improve the stability of plating bath , raise the speed of plating and make the plated surface better The optimism plating bath composition and operating conditions of such technology were presented
